TAI CHI is an ancient Chinese tradition that combines gentle physical exercise and stretching with mindfulness. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion. When learned correctly and performed regularly, Tai Chi can be a positive part of an overall approach to improving your health.

Get Fit St. Pete class participants will be required to digitally sign in for each Get Fit class using a Get Fit Membership. This digital membership is FREE and open to anyone who would like to attend a Get Fit St. Pete monthly class.
